Who we are

This website is operated by Nephorium Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 10730670), registered office 20–22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. Nephorium Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: contact@nephorium.com.

What we collect and why

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data to tell people from bots.

Who we share it with

We use Cloudflare to host this website and Google Workspace for email; both process data on our behalf. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where we work together, records are kept for as long as the law requires (normally six years for business records).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@nephorium.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
